- Orders & Payment – All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. Online prices include GST.
- Shipping & Delivery – We offer free next-day delivery on all caviar orders made between Monday to Wednesday (10am AEST cut-off). Tracking details will be provided via email notifications.
- Storage & Handling – Caviar must be stored at -2 to 2°C upon (not frozen) immediately upon arrival. KHAVIYAR is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage.
- Returns & Refunds – Due to the perishable nature of caviar, no returns or refunds can be accepted once delivered.
- Liability – KHAVIYAR is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers after dispatch.
- Privacy & Data – Customer information is protected and used solely for order processing and marketing with consent.
