By purchasing from KHAVIYAR, you agree to the following terms:
- Orders & Payment – All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. Online prices include GST.
- Shipping & Delivery – Refrigerated Courier: orders placed by Monday 3pm AEST are dispatched on Tuesday and delivered by the end of the same working week in refrigerated trucks, to street addresses with a safe place to leave the order (not PO Boxes, apartments or units); the delivery address cannot be changed once dispatched. Express Delivery: we dispatch Monday to Wednesday only; orders placed before 11am AEST are dispatched that day for next business day delivery, and orders placed after Wednesday 11am AEST are dispatched the following Monday. Sydney metro orders placed before 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday, may choose same-day courier delivery. Hand delivery by a co-founder is a flat $2,000 where offered at checkout. Refrigerated Courier and Sydney same-day delivery cost $39.95, or are free on orders of $199.95 or more. Express Delivery costs $39.95, or is free on orders of $299.95 or more where Refrigerated Courier is not offered. Tracking details are provided by SMS, so a mobile number must be given at checkout. KHAVIYAR is not responsible for any damage caused by an order being left unattended at the premises. If you are not available, please arrange for someone to collect the order as soon as it is delivered. Caviar needs to be refrigerated.
- Storage & Handling – Caviar must be refrigerated, never frozen, immediately upon arrival. KHAVIYAR is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage.
- Returns & Refunds – Due to the perishable nature of caviar, no returns or refunds can be accepted once delivered.
- Liability – KHAVIYAR is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers after dispatch.
- Privacy & Data – Customer information is protected and used solely for order processing and marketing with consent.
