Refrigerated Courier (transit in refrigerated trucks) and Sydney same-day delivery are free on every order of $199.95 or more. Express Delivery (isothermal packaging with ice packs) is free from $299.95 where Refrigerated Courier is not offered. Below that, each option is a flat $39.95. For the moments that cannot wait, a co-founder can fly your order to you on Qantas for a flat $2,000 where a flight can reach you in time.

Refrigerated Courier (our recommended option) reaches Sydney metro, the Blue Mountains, the Southern Highlands, Goulburn, Canberra, Wollongong, Batemans Bay, the Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter, Melbourne metro and Brisbane metro, in refrigerated trucks from our door to yours. Sydney metro also enjoys same-day delivery, Monday to Friday. Everywhere else is strictly overnight: we only ship to suburbs Express Delivery reaches the next business day. We never deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, and refrigerated delivery cannot go to apartments or units. Use the postcode checker on any product page to confirm your address before you order.

Refrigerated Courier: order by Monday 3pm AEST and it is dispatched on Tuesday for delivery by the end of the same working week; orders after the cut-off go out the following Tuesday. For example, an order made at 6pm on Thursday 12 November is dispatched on Tuesday 17 November, for an expected delivery on Thursday 19 or Friday 20 November. Sydney metro: order by 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday, and it is hand-delivered the same day by 5pm. Express Delivery: we dispatch Monday to Wednesday only; order by 11am AEST and your tins leave that day, at your door the next business day. Orders placed after Wednesday 11am are held in our cold room and are first out the following Monday. We do not dispatch on public holidays. Delivery updates are sent by SMS, so please give a mobile number at checkout, not a landline. We are not responsible for any damage caused by an order being left unattended at the premises. If you are not available, please arrange for someone to collect it as soon as it is delivered. Caviar needs to be refrigerated.

Only on our bundles. Each bundle page shows its own end date and a countdown. Single tins and accessories are priced without a deadline.

Our sturgeon are raised in sustainable aquaculture farms across the globe, primarily in China, Belgium and Italy. Every farm we work with is CITES certified. All caviar imports are made in accordance with Australia's Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water and its policy on wildlife trade.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Due to the perishable nature of caviar, returns and refunds are not accepted as we cannot guarantee the product has been stored at the correct chilled conditions once received.
