Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Due to the perishable nature of caviar, returns and refunds are not accepted as we cannot guarantee the product has been stored at the correct chilled conditions once received. If you encounter an issue with your product, please contact us immediately with details of your order, and we will do our best to assist.

All orders come with Express shipping via Australia Post Express (ONLY for orders made between Monday to Wednesday, 10 AM AEST cut-off). All orders after the cut-off are prioritised for dispatch on the following Monday for an expected next-day arrival on the Tuesday (We do not dispatch on Public Holidays. All orders made between Monday to Wednesday before 10 am AEST are estimate to arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch of your order. All orders made after will be prioritised for dispatch on the following Monday, for an estimated arrival on Tuesday. We do not dispatch orders on Australian public holidays.

Our Royal-Grade Caviar are harvested from our CITES-certified farms around the Caspian Sea. All Caviar imports are in accordance with Australia's Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water Department and its policy on wildlife trade.

Yes, our caviar is available at up to 40% discounted prices for venues.
