Express delivery is free on every order of $499.95 or more. Below $499.95 it is a flat $35, wherever you are in Australia. Nothing else is added at checkout: no handling fee, no packaging fee and no cold-chain surcharge. The gel ice and the insulated liner are part of that price.

Everywhere Australia Post Express reaches quickly. Every order travels Express, free on orders of $499.95 or more and a flat $35 below that. We dispatch Monday to Wednesday with a 10am AEST cut-off. Orders placed after the Wednesday cut-off are prioritised for dispatch the following Monday. We do not dispatch on public holidays. Orders placed Monday to Wednesday before 10am AEST are estimated to arrive 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. Orders placed after the cut-off are prioritised for dispatch the following Monday, for an estimated arrival on the Tuesday. We do not dispatch on Australian public holidays.

Our sturgeon are raised in sustainable aquaculture farms across the globe, primarily in China, Belgium and Italy. Every farm we work with is CITES certified. All caviar imports are made in accordance with Australia's Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water and its policy on wildlife trade.

Due to the perishable nature of caviar, returns and refunds are not accepted as we cannot guarantee the product has been stored at the correct chilled conditions once received.
