Due to the perishable nature of caviar, returns and refunds are not accepted as we cannot guarantee the product has been stored at the correct chilled conditions once received. All orders made between Monday to Wednesday before 10 am AEST are estimate to arrive the next day. All orders made after will be prioritised for dispatch on the following Monday, for an estimated arrival on Tuesday. We do not dispatch orders on Australian public holidays.
