How caviar delivery to Perth works
Order before 11am AEST Monday to Wednesday and your caviar ships the same day by express delivery. The early-week cutoff exists precisely so long-haul orders arrive well before the weekend. We do not use refrigerated transport. Every tin leaves our cold room at 0 to 4 degrees and travels in a thermal-lined box with a wool liner and gel ice packs, built to hold that temperature for the length of an express transit. Delivery coverage varies across WA, so please enter your postcode at checkout to confirm we deliver to your address before ordering.
What to order
The Royal-Grade Kaluga offers large glossy pearls above 3.2mm with a smooth, buttery flavour and a clean finish — exceptional alongside WA marron or freshly shucked Albany rocks. The Kaluga Hybrid, from $149.95, is mellow and gently nutty, an easy introduction for a first tin. A 30g tin serves one, 50g serves one to two, and 100g covers two to three.
