Since 1998, all international trade in sturgeon and sturgeon products has been regulated by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES).
Being CITES-certified, our sturgeon farm strictly complies sustainable harvesting practices that ensures the species' long-term survival.
Each one of KHAVIYAR's caviar tins are labelled with a CITES code that precisely documents the country of origin, specie type, date of harvesting and harvesting batch number for complete transparency.
