Delivery

Express delivery is free on every order of $499.95 or more. Below $499.95 it is a flat $35, anywhere in Australia. Nothing else is added at checkout: no handling fee, no packaging fee, no cold-chain surcharge. The gel ice and the insulated liner are part of the price.

Dispatch and arrival

We dispatch Monday to Wednesday only, and the cut-off is 10am AEST. Order before the cut-off and your tins leave the same day. Order after 10am AEST on Wednesday and they are prioritised for the following Monday, because a tin that sits in a depot over a weekend is not a tin we are willing to send you.

Most eligible postcodes see delivery one to two days after dispatch. We send Australia Post Express on every order and we only ship to postcodes their express network reaches in that window. Use the postcode checker on the banner to confirm yours before you order. We do not dispatch or deliver on public holidays.

Storage

Keep the tin in the coldest part of your fridge, which is usually at the back of the bottom shelf, between 0 and 4 degrees. Never freeze it. Freezing ruptures the pearls and you get the flavour back as a paste.

An unopened tin keeps until the date on its base. Once you open it, eat it within two to three days, press the surface flat with the back of a spoon before you re-seal it, and keep it as cold as you can in between. Serve the tin on crushed ice and use a mother of pearl spoon, because metal dulls the flavour the moment it touches the roe.
