• We deliver to street addresses only — never PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Check your postcode on the product page before you order.
• Sydney metro: same-day delivery by 5pm, Monday to Friday, for orders before 12pm AEST.
• Everywhere else: next-day express, dispatched Monday to Wednesday for orders before 11am AEST. After Wednesday’s cut-off, your tins are held cold and dispatched Monday — caviar never sits in a depot over a weekend.
• Delivery is free on orders of $499.95 or more. Below that it is priced by postcode — $34.95 AusPost Express regions, $49.95 StarTrack regions, Sydney same-day priced by suburb — and always includes our insulated cold packaging: thermal-lined box, wool liner and ice packs, packed to order.
• Tick email AND SMS updates at checkout. Your caviar must go into the fridge the moment it arrives, and live tracking means you will know exactly when that is.
