The KHAVIYAR Tasting Set

Two grades of Royal-Grade caviar in one sitting. A tin of Signature Kaluga and a tin of Kaluga Hybrid, tasted side by side, with everything you need to serve them.

Every set includes

• One tin of Signature Kaluga. Huso dauricus, the river beluga. The largest and glossiest pearl we carry, with the longest finish. Best served plain.
• One tin of Kaluga Hybrid. An Amur and Kaluga cross. Slightly smaller pearl, same clean finish, and it holds its own alongside blini, a soft egg or warm potato.
• A complimentary abalone-engraved mother-of-pearl spoon, valued at $24.95. Nacre is inert, so it never oxidises the roe.
• A complimentary bespoke tin opener keychain, valued at $24.95.
• Free Express delivery within our network, valued at $30.

What you save

Normal value counts both tins at full price plus the spoon, the tin opener and Express delivery. The set price applies 10% off a 30g pair, 20% off a 50g pair and 30% off a 100g pair.

The caviar

Royal-Grade is the top selection from each harvest. Large intact pearls, clean separation, nothing added beyond salt. Unpasteurised, so the texture stays soft and the flavour stays live. Freshly chilled, never frozen. Our sturgeon are raised in sustainable aquaculture farms across the globe, primarily in China, Belgium and Italy. CITES certified.

Serving and storage

Keep it on the coldest shelf of your fridge and never in the freezer. Once opened, enjoy within three days. Serve straight from the tin on ice, with the mother-of-pearl spoon.

Delivery

Order before 10am Monday to Wednesday for Express Delivery in Australia. We do not deliver to every postcode. Sets are limited by the spoons and tins we have on hand.
