Fresh non-pasteurised Kaluga caviar, returning to Australia 13 July. Known as river beluga, the Kaluga sturgeon (Huso dauricus) yields large glossy pearls above 3.2mm with a smooth buttery flavour and a clean lingering finish. Cured lightly at 3.5% salt and never pasteurised.
Each tin is graded fresh and delivered chilled overnight across Australia. 30g serves 2, 50g serves 3 to 4, 100g serves 7 to 8.
