At KHAVIYAR, we ensure that our Beluga caviar & Oscietra caviar arrive fresh and at peak quality. All caviar orders placed between Monday and Wednesday (7am cut-off) are dispatched the next day via Australia Post Express with free next-day delivery to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. Orders placed outside these days will be dispatched on the next available shipping day (ie. Monday).

Our next-business day coverage postcodes are the following for each state. In addition to these postcode, we also deliver to other postcodes which AusPost estimates a 2-business day transit time on Mondays and Tuesdays (7 am cut-off), as our cartons can stay cool for 72 hours. Please check the linked calculator to find out if your postcode qualifies (delivered from Adelaide 5000).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Each package is carefully insulated and includes sufficient ice packs to maintain temperatures of 0-2°C for up to 72 hours, ensuring the freshest sturgeon caviar upon arrival.

To maintain the highest quality, caviar must be stored at the back of the fridge (or the coldest area) immediately upon delivery.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of caviar, returns and refunds are not accepted as we cannot guarantee the product has been stored at the correct chilled conditions once received. If you encounter an issue with your Beluga sturgeon & Oscietra sturgeon caviar please contact us immediately with details of your order, and we will do our best to assist.
